Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing hello@madhuramhoney.com. Once shipped, the order follows our return rules below.

Returns & refunds

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we confirm the issue.
• Perishable / opened food jars generally cannot be returned for change of mind once the seal is broken, except where required by law or where we shipped the wrong item.

Failed payments

If payment fails or is deducted without an order confirmation, contact us with the payment reference. We will coordinate with our payment partner to resolve it.
